Registration Policy

  1. Registration will be confirmed and a seat reserved for you upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and payment.
  2. Any cancellation of registration notified in writing before 23 October 2016 will be allowed but subject to payment of an administration fee of USD 200. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations notified thereafter. However, substitution or replacement of delegates will be allowed
  3. Information on Speakers/Moderators/Panellists and topics are correct at the time of printing. The organiser reserves the right to substitute Speakers/Moderators/Panellists and cancel or alter the contents and timing of the programme for reasons beyond its control.
  4. Any submission of registration is subject to approval by the organiser
  5. Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and correct payment, the organiser will send you a confirmation e-mail at least two weeks before the event. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please call or e-mail us accordingly

The Programme Manager – Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) requires an individual’s personal details for use in connection with this course registration purpose.

Please thoroughly check to ensure the correctness of all particulars, including the programme details, before you submit your registration.

For any participant who does NOT submit this registration personally, the individual concerned must ensure that he or she has given prior consent to anyone who does it on his or her behalf. The SCI does not take any responsibility for any such action

Catering Arrangements :

The following catering arrangements will be provided during the 2nd ASEAN Insurance Summit :

  • 22 November 2016 –  Tuesday : Cocktail Dinner Reception
  • 23 November 2016 – Wednesday : Morning & Afternoon tea breaks, Lunch, Farewell Gala Dinner

All meals served at the Summit will be prepared without pork and Lard.

For the catering purposes, please let us know if you will be attending the :

  • Cocktail dinner reception on 22 November 2016 at 7.30 p.m.
  • Farewell gala dinner on 23 November 2016 at 6.30 p.m.
